The Samsung Infuse 4G is an Android smartphone, which was launched in the month of January 2011 with 1.2GHz Hummingbird processor and 8-16GB of internal Flash memory, 1.3 megapixel front facing camera, eight megapixel rear facing camera and capacitive touchscreen display. The Samsung Infuse 4G comes with large 4.5 inch Super AMOLED Plus touchscreen display and measures 5.2 inches high, 0.35 inch thick and 2.8 inches wide and weighs 4.9 ounces, which is pretty light. It is because of the plastic construction, found on Galaxy S devices. Samsung added textured surface to Infuse battery door for providing it a more top notch feel. The display provides 50% more subpixels as compared to previous generation of Super AMOLED touchscreens with superior outdoor visibility and contrast along with vibrant and rich colors and deep blacks with exceptional looking photos. It is readable outdoors and also offers good viewing angles.

The Samsung Infuse 4G’s additional screen real estate helps when viewing Web pages and improves multimedia experience. It makes roomy onscreen keyboard, while the extra large text makes for easy reading. It boasts WVGA 480 x 800 pixel resolution stretched across large display, Web pages and text. Underneath the screen, there are four touch sensitive buttons for search, menu, back and home functions. The headphone jack is located on top of the smartphone, while the microUSB port at the bottom. The power button is situated on right hand side of Infuse, while volume rocker on the left. Powering the Samsung Infuse 4G is an Android 2.2.1 operating system with TouchWiz interface of Samsung with seven customizable home screens with several shortcuts and applications. The interface also gets a feature identical to Leap screen of HTC in which you can pinch the display to get thumbnail view of all the menu pages or home screens. It is a very simple presentation of Android and surely makes the operating system easier to use for first time users.
