Acer F900 – Massive screen

Acer F900 is a Windows Mobile smartphone. On the surface, there is a massive 3.7 inches touchscreen display and other features include 3.2 megapixels camera, Wi-Fi, GPS, and accelerometer. Acer Liquid Mini – Sluggish processor

Acer Liquid Mini is an Android smartphone and it looks to join the group of other Android smartphones which are reasonably priced like LG Optimus One and HTC Wildfire. But the manufacturer has compromised on the hardware and this prevents it and hence I feel that this phone won’t appeal to a massive audience. Acer M900 – Too expensive

Acer M900 is a smartphone based on Windows Mobile and it is made for the business user. This is clear from the good collection of security features inside the phone. With Windows Mobile, you can access data like Files, Contacts, etc. This phones has a slide out full QWERTY keyboard and there are features inside like Wi-Fi, GPS and accelerometer. Acer beTouch E200 – Features don’t justify the high price tag

Acer beTouch E200 runs on Windows Mobile 6.5 and it has a very attractive slider design. Acer neoTouch – Too expensive for its features

Before this, I did review a few phones from Acer but they weren’t really good and didn’t have anything unique to offer when compared with other phones in the competition. All Acer phones seem like half hearted efforts. The Acer neoTouch is really promising, it has state-of-the-art hardware inside and I am glad that Acer finally woke up to the challenge. Acer Liquid – Great aesthetics

I have reviewed a few Acer mobile phones in the past but none of them were as good as phones from other veteran manufacturers. They lagged behind in performance and quality. The designs too were mediocre. UI seemed outdated when compared to other mobile phones in the competition. The final nail in the coffin was the cost.
