Tizen to replace MeeGo OS

Nokia recently released the Nokia N9, a MeeGo based smartphone which recently started shipping to the European markets. This might be the only MeeGo based smartphone you’d ever see. This mobile OS is now getting replaced by Tizen, a new platform. Amazon unveils new Silk browser for tablet devices

Amazon recently unveiled the Amazon Silk, their Web browser which lives on both cloud and tablet. This browser will be there on Amazon Fire Tablet (give link of the tablet here) and it promises to cut down on request and load times dramatically by splitting workload between Amazon’s EC2 and the tablet. Firefox 7 for Android is out

Mozilla have released the latest version of Firefox, Firefox 7 for Android OS. This new iteration is the same as that on the PC platform. Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo now has GTalk with video Chat

Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo users who have got the Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread update will get Google Talk along with video chat capabilities.
